OUR HISTORY

At AAMA, we are representing Industries of Addl. Ambernath MIDC area since 1982. Today 800 plus SMI are operating in the area. Each Industry has to go through many obstacles before starting and also in the running era. Govt. Dept's like MIDC, MSEDCL, MPCB, DISH, Vat, Excise, Service Tax, Municipal Council, Labour, ESIS& many more are to be handled by each Industry.

AAMA is playing a major role as a coordinator between the Industries and Govt. bodies. Their regular dialogues with Govt. Dept's to sort out problems faced by Industries. AAMA is arranging regular seminars for the Industries regarding latest updates in the rule and regulations'.

AAMA is on the Govt. formed UdyogSetu Committee, which is monitoring the operations of MPCB, MIDC, DISH, DIC, Boiler inspection Dept. Shop and Establishment Dept, etc. to see that these bodies are delivering their functions like NOC.s, Consents, Approvals and many more in stipulated time period.

AAMA is on the "MSME Facilitation Council". It is judicial body handling the cases of non payment to MSME after supply of the goods in all over India. This Council is formed by State Govt. under MSME act 2006 & having Authorities to give Decree in such disputed cases which can be challenged in High Court only after paying 75% ofthe order.

AAMA has formed Mutual Aid Response Group i.e. MARG (AAMA) to provide the training for our workers on Safety procedures. MARG (AAMA) is arranging mock - drills in the company to create the awareness of Safety among the workers.

AAMA is donating huge amount as donations to various organizations for Shivjayanti, AmbedkarJayanti, Ganesh Jayanti, Navrathri, Durgapuja etc., This donations are given on your behalfandAAMAdoesn'tallow the parties to collect donations from individual companies.

AAMA is helping the Industries to tackle the Mathadi Issue, and successfully kept them away to interfere in Industries for loading & unloading.

AAMA has the tie up with Fr Angel Tech. Institute for providing training to more than 450 students at AAMA Agnel Vocational Training Centre,KohojagaonAmbemath (West).

AAMA is on the Institute Managing Committee of ITI Ambernath where we guide management of ITI for bettertraining.
